AREA OF PRACTICE
I confidently represent and defend everyday New Yorkers who are confronted by lawsuits, threats of lawsuits, or civil penalties, fines from governmental agencies. I also represent those who have been wronged by others. Whether through negotiation or litigation, you, your issue, and overall outcome, matter to me.

Civil matters are legal matters that are not criminal. Although you generally will not lose your freedom in most civil cases, there is still a lot on the line.
If you are confronted by or confronting another with a civil matter, I can help you by understanding the legal implications involved and facilitating that process. Whether you're facing a lawsuit with private parties or governmental agencies, I evaluate your exposure and risk to determine the best course of action.
I also pursue those who have been wronged, where you need to take another to court to resolve an issue.

I passionately represent clients regardless of where they are in the criminal process. By offering creative, proactive solutions driven heavily by the facts of your particular circumstances, I help you take control of your situation.

I routinely represent landlords and tenants in a wide array of civil matters. I work hard to be a compassionate problem solver for my clients.
If you are having any disputes with your landlord, feel free to call to see what can be done for you. On the flip side, my office also handles problematic tenants refusing to pay rent, holding over, squatting, damaging the premises, or refusing to leave, among other issues specific to landlords' rights. I make sure that you are not inadvertently breaking new laws that have been put in place, and that all of the procedures and formalities you must follow as a landlord are being done accordingly.

MY APPROACH
01
PERSONAL ATTENTION
I understand that every client has a unique story.
The nuance and complexity of every case is just as important as the legal implications.
I approach each case with dedication and compassion, making sure to take the time to hear my clients' needs before moving into practical application of the law.
02
STRATEGIC ADVICE
When I take on a client, I make a frank assessment of the issue and listen to every problem with the care and concern it deserves.
I make sure to carefully explain the issue(s) my clients are facing in easy to digest terms, then tailor a specific game plan to tackle my clients' legal issues while insulating them from harm.
There is no problem too big or small.
03
FINDING SOLUTIONS
Although I am unafraid to challenge those in power, I also understand the importance of negotiation and can find a middle ground even where there appears to be none.
In my practice, I strive to strike a balance between compassion and assertiveness, advocacy and explanation, logic and creativity, as I help my clients navigate an often dense and unforgiving legal system.
